- What would life be like if you were still experiencing this unhappiness a year from now? How about three years?
- What would you need to change in your attitude or responses for you to function at your best?
- If this circumstance or feeling is hard to get rid of or if it feels beyond your control, how can you decide to experience & see it differently?
- If you cannot change this today, how can you make peace with it?
- What is this experiencing teaching you?
