3. Nutrition! The modern american diet has been nicknamed MAD and us Brits are running contenders with the growing unhealthy focus on sugars, refined carbs & industrial vegetable fats too! These food groups bring no benefit, only depression and body fat!
4. Contribution! Helping out others is an instant mood booster! It is proven that us humans like to be “helpful” & when we are giving without it being about our own personal gain, there is an element of satisfaction, connection to others and this act creates meaning. When we are creating meaning in our life, we are creating happiness long term.
5. Relaxation! Breathing exercises and guided visualisations take you straight to your happy place and this can be strengthened through regular practice with a coach or therapist. Overcome negativity so you can naturally learn to focus on & create your best you!
