Adopting a regular practice that suits you enhances mental, physical, emotional and spiritual growth and reduces cortisol the stress hormone.
I offer teachings in 4 different types of meditation, all create calm through breathwork, reduce pain, improve blood pressure, lower cholesterol, improve sleep and promotes clear thinking.
