Empaths are amazingly intuitive people who find it very easy to get wrapped up in the emotions and feelings of other people – usually they’re highly sensitive.
They sometimes struggle with mental health issues more than others because of the way they intensely soak up others’ energy.
But empaths are also kind, loving, understanding individuals who can become part of very magnetic and connected relationships.
Empaths should prioritise setting boundaries, know exactly what makes them feel fragile and learn to become more assertive and protective over their own space and time.
If you are an empath, get clear on what’s important to you, minimise your time spent with toxic or draining people and regularly take breaks to breath or meditate.
Since empaths can run into overdrive with so many emotions and experiences, focusing on mindfulness, breathwork and down time will allow you to refresh when you need it the most. ❤️🤍
