Over 3 weeks, 9 hours is spent delivering powerful mind tools and breathe interventions for stress reduction, health, resilience and emotional intelligence.
Proven to boost immunity, reduce cortisol which is the stress hormone, reduce blood pressure & physical pain, positively impact mood & memory, increase energy, creativity, & decision making plus expand resilience and intuition.
With a connection to self, participants complete my course with a simple and easy meditation practice in place and knowledge to turn active daily.
